We evaluate the vessel's monthly victualling status by analyzing the closing inventory and meal reports provided by the vessel. This assessment involves comparing the vessel's consumption to both the average consumption pattern of the last three months and our standard consumption pattern. If any discrepancies in the inventory are detected, we will request the vessel to conduct a review.
